Allegro at Willoughby

This new 215,000 SF continuing care retirement community includes 107 independent living units, 51 assisted living units, and an Alzheimer’s patient facility with 33 beds, for a total of 204 beds. The project also includes a clubhouse and wellness center, gatehouse, maintenance facility and a community dining area with commercial kitchen.
