This 56,000 SF high profile Class “A” office building is a unique corporate office and automobile distribution facility for Lamborghini USA, makers of one of the world’s most renowned precision automobiles. The building’s construction utilizes a unique use of concrete tilt-panels, painted white with 1” X 1” deep rustications to give the building a timeless, classic look. The team made considerable efforts to bring the project under its original budget while substantially improving the quality. Elkins saved the owner $400,000 through skillful value management, creative construction techniques and shortening the project schedule by six weeks.
