LRK Architects Jacksonville Office

An 18,000 SF build out of a historical building on East Bay Street in downtown Jacksonville. The build-out included high-end finishes, custom millwork, high-end drywall simulated marble finish, magnetic paneled walls in the workspaces, and custom lightening fixtures. The project was completed in 92 days – one month earlier than scheduled. The client was located in three different branch offices and paying rent in four places so we accelerated the work to provide them space in the shortest amount of time.
