Hagerty High School

Paul J. Hagerty High School was an expansion and renovation of the former Chiles Middle School and now has space for approximately 2,500 students. The phased expansion more than doubles the school’s size to 352,000 SF, and includes two new two-story classroom buildings, administrative space, a media center, performing arts center with auditorium, 1,700-seat gymnasium, 3,000-seat football stadium and other amenities. The construction is structural steel and masonry block with a brick veneer. This was a phased project on an active campus.
