MDI Corporate Headquarters

The first commercial development in Nocatee, this project is a 75,000 SF, three-story corporate headquarters built for Medical Development International, a leading business providing medical services management technology to medical providers nationwide.

Constructed of tilt wall and steel, the building will represent the Spanish Renaissance style as an architectural theme. The most stunning feature of this main building will be an open courtyard entrance featuring towering Washington Palms and fountains. The building is designed and constructed with considerable technology and security features to support MDI’s business.

This building is now occupied by Advanced Disposal, an environmental services company.
